Refund policy
At Riot Ave, we want you to love your pieces. Please review the following carefully before submitting a return request.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Within this period, you may initiate a return for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is included.
- The return parcel includes your order name or order number so we can identify your order.
Riot Ave reserves the right to deny a return if the item is returned used, marked, worn, or damaged in any way. Items that arrive with stains (make-up, tan, etc.), pet hair, strong perfume or fabric scents, or without tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. You will be notified via email if your return is rejected.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- All sale and final sale items (including clearance, promotional offers, or end-of-line stock).
- Items with visible stains, pet hair, or scents from wear or try-on.
- Items returned without original tags attached.
- Items not returned in original packaging

Return Process
To initiate your return:
1. Go to your Riot Ave Account and sign in to view your prior orders.
- If you don’t have an account, you will need to create one to access your order history.
- Locate the order you wish to return.
- Click “Request return” on the order.
- Select a return reason and add any notes to help our team process your request.
- Submit your request.
- Once approved, you will receive an email with either a return address or a return label.
- Securely package your items, including all original tags, and send them back using a trackable shipping method.
Important: Please do not send back items before receiving confirmation from our team.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@riotave.com with details and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will provide either a replacement, store credit, or a full refund in line with your request.
Store Credit & Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue either a full refund, store credit, or exchange for the purchase price of the returned items (excluding shipping charges).
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
