At Riot Ave, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason your pieces aren’t quite right, our hassle-free return policy has you covered. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, during which you can request an exchange, refund, or store credit.
Riot Ave reserves the right to deny a return if the item is returned used, marked, worn, or damaged in any way. Items that arrive with stains (make-up, tan, etc.), pet hair, strong perfume or fabric scents, or without tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. You will be notified via email if your return is rejected.
Riot Ave reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, marked, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items
will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
To initiate your return:
Important: Please do not send back items before receiving confirmation from our team.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue you with a store credit for exchange or issue your refund for the purchase price of the returned items, excluding any shipping charges.
Please note that certain items, such as those items mentioned above may not be eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at hello@riotave.com with your order number, photos, and details of the issue. We’ll assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.
What if I can’t print the return label?
If you don’t have access to a printer, you can print your return label at your local post office.
Do I have to pay for the return?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email.

Can I return my item if I’ve removed the tags?
No. As per our returns policy, all items must have their original tags attached and untouched in order to be eligible for return.
I think my item is faulty. What should I do?
If you believe your item is faulty, please email hello@riotave.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos so our team can review and assist.
