At Riot Ave, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason your pieces aren’t quite right, our hassle-free return policy has you covered. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, during which you can request an exchange, refund, or store credit.

- The item is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is included.
- The return parcel includes your order name or order number so we can identify your order.
Riot Ave reserves the right to deny a return if the item is returned used, marked, worn, or damaged in any way. Items that arrive with stains (make-up, tan, etc.), pet hair, strong perfume or fabric scents, or without tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. You will be notified via email if your return is rejected.

Return parcels must also include a reference to the order name or order number (via the returns card) so we can identify your order.Riot Ave reserves the right to deny a return if items are received in used, marked, worn, or damaged condition, or if they have excessive hair, perfume, or scents on the fabric. Any items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your return is deemed unsuitable for a refund.

To initiate your return:
- Go to your Riot Ave account and sign in to view your prior orders.
If you don’t have an account, you will need to create one to access your order history. - Locate the order you wish to return.
- Click “Request return” on the order.
- Select a return reason and add any notes to help our team process your request.
- Submit your request.
- Once approved, you will receive an email with either a return address or a return label.
- Securely package your items, including all original tags, and send them back using a trackable shipping method.
Important: Please do not send back items before receiving confirmation from our team.
- Go to your Riot Ave account and sign in to view your prior orders.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue you with a store credit for exchange or issue your refund for the purchase price of the returned items, excluding any shipping charges.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at hello@riotave.com with your order number, photos, and details of the issue. We’ll assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.
What if I can’t print the return label?
If you don’t have access to a printer, you can print your return label at your local post office.
Do I have to pay for the return?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email.

Can I return my item if I’ve removed the tags?
No. As per our returns policy, all items must have their original tags attached and untouched in order to be eligible for return.
I think my item is faulty. What should I do?
If you believe your item is faulty, please email hello@riotave.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos so our team can review and assist.
Shipping Questions

All orders have an order processing time of 1-3 business days. This is in addition to shipping timeframes shown at checkout.

If your package appears to be missing, we recommend first checking around your property and with neighbours, as deliveries are sometimes left in safe spots or accepted on your behalf. If it’s still not found, please contact the carrier to request proof of delivery.
If you are unable to locate your package after these steps, please reach out to us at hello@riotave.com for further assistance. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for parcels that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located.

If the package has been sent out already the address for the parcel will be outside of our control, however if you’re quick post order you can email hello@riotave.com and we will endeavour to change the address ahead of postage.
